Returns

It may happen that you bought a product from us, but still changed your mind. You have the right to cancel your order up to fourteen days (from the day of receipt) without giving any reason. You have another fourteen days after cancellation to return your product. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Only the cost of shipping is at your own expense.

If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned complete, undamaged, unused and (if reasonably possible) in its original packaging.

The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Erotic items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if they have been removed from their packaging. This includes sex dolls, condoms and lubricants.
• Lovedolls that are not in stock are manufactured especially for you and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please register your return using the return form. We will refund the amount due within fourteen days after notification of your return, provided we have received the product in good order.
