Webshopsoftware

WooCommerce

Our webshop has been developed using WooCommerce software. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services will be shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. WooCommerce is required by the agreement we have with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information related to your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own group of companies in order to further improve its services.

Our web store is developed with software of WooCommerce, we host our web store on a server under our own management. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of data as much as possible. These security measures consist at least of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.

Webhosting

Vimexx

We purchase web hosting and email services from Vimexx. Vimexx processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Vimexx has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Vimexx is obligated under the agreement to maintain confidentiality.

Vimexx

We use the services of Vimexx for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Vimexx does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our e- mail traffic confidentially.

Payment processors

Pay.nl

To handle (part of) the payments in our webshop we use the payment service provider Pay.nl. Pay.nl processes your name, address and place of residence information and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay.nl has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Pay.nl reserves the right to use your data to further improve services and as part of this (anonymized) data to share with third parties. Pay.nl shares personal data and order data with post-payment service providers in the case of an application for a postponed payment (credit facility). All the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Pay.nl ‘s services for which it engages third parties. Pay.nl will not retain your data longer than permitted by law.

We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review we will share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. UPS and DHL

When you place an order with us, it is our job to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of UPS and DHL to make deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and residence information with UPS and DHL. UPS and DHL use this data only for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. E-boekhouden

To keep our records and accounts we use the services of E-bookkeeping.co.uk We share your name, address and place of residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored in a protected manner. E-boekhouden.nl is bound to secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. E-boekhouden.nl will not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
