Delivery and collection

Delivery

You can easily have your DutchDoll® delivered to your home. Your order will be delivered by DHL, UPS, DPD, Post NL or FedEx. Your order will be delivered in a neutral cardboard box, so that your anonymity is guaranteed. We never deliver your order to the neighbors.

Pick-up

In the ordering process you can also choose the option to pick up your order in Zwolle. You pay no shipping costs when you pick up your order. It is also possible to pay in cash. We will contact you by email or phone to schedule an appointment with you. Your order will remain in the store for two weeks.

Delivery time

DutchDoll® strives to deliver your order as soon as possible. If you place your order on working days before 14:00, you will often receive your order the next working day. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link with which you can track your order online. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the shipper, which means that the delivery time can take a little longer in some cases.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be charged for the delivery of a DutchDoll ® doll. The costs are calculated during checkout and depend on your home address and the type of doll. Picking up your order at our showroom in Zwolle is free.
