Shipping Information
On this page you will find everything you need to know about shipping and pickup of your sex doll.
Delivery
You can easily have your DutchDoll delivered to your home. Delivery of your order will be made by DHL, UPS or Post NL. Your order will be delivered in a neutral cardboard box to ensure your anonymity. We never deliver your order to neighbors.
Collection
In the ordering process, you can also choose the option to pick up your order in Zwolle. You pay no shipping costs when picking up your order. It is also possible to pay in cash. We will contact you by email or phone to schedule an appointment with you. Your order will remain in store for you for two weeks.
Delivery time
DutchDoll strives to deliver your order as soon as possible. If you place your order on weekdays before 2 p.m., you will often have your order delivered the next business day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace link that allows you to track your order online. Unfortunately, we have no control over the supplier so the delivery time may take a little longer in some cases.

- Germany and France: 2 working days
- European Union 3-4 business days
Shipping costs
For delivery of a doll from DutchDoll ®, shipping costs will be charged. The cost is calculated during checkout and depends on your residential address and the type of doll. Picking up your order at our showroom in Zwolle is free of charge.
Discretion
We make every effort to ensure your privacy as much as possible. We therefore always pack your order in a sturdy cardboard box, on which only the package dimensions and barcode are indicated. So from the outside, you can’t tell what’s in your package. We also never mention the name DutchDoll as the sender.
Frequently asked questions about the delivery of sex dolls
It is not possible to pay on delivery. You can, however, pay afterwards through Klarna, for example. Cash payments are only available in our showroom.
It is not possible to have a sex doll delivered to a pickup point. The packages are too big for that.
DutchDoll’s sex dolls are packaged very discreetly, so you can’t tell what’s inside from the outside of the package. We will also never mention on the shipping label that it is a sex doll and we never use the name DutchDoll on the label.
